Suicide points to security lapse in Tihar: NCW

The NCW chairperson Mamta Sharma on Monday demanded a thorough probe by competent authorities to ascertain what pushed Ram Singh to commit suicide in his cell. Echoing similar sentiments, Delhi Commission for Women chairperson Barkha Singh Shukla questioned the standard of security that police had arranged in the case.
