Suspected mastermind of Ahmedabad blasts arrested

Indian police arrested 10 people who are believed to be behind the bomb attacks, which killed at least 45 people in Ahmedabad last month. Bashir, who was arrested in Lucknow, is alleged to be the mastermind behind all the bombings. The other nine suspects are the active members of the banned Students' Islamic Movement of India or SIMI. Hemant Karkare, Chief of Anti-Terrorist Squad or ATS, also reported that some links to Maharashtra have been found out.
