Swamy to file petition before EC seeking de-recognition of Congress

After the Congress party agreed of giving 'interest free loan' to The Associated Journals Ltd. as a part of its duty to help in reviving the defunct National Herald, Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy has on Saturday said that he will file a petition before the Election Commission seeking de-recognition of the Congress party.
