Tarlochan Singh defends Lalit Bhanot

Commenting on the reports suggesting, Commonwealth Games accused and Suresh Kalmadi's aide Lalit Bhanot, is trying to make a backdoor entry by trying to place his men in the upcoming Athletics Federations elections, Vice president of IOA Tarlochan Singh today said that the elections are being held in a democratic manner and Bhanot is not taking part in it.
