TV Today Group summoned by HC in defamation case

The Delhi HC on Friday issued a notice to the TV Today group in connection with the defamation suit filed by law minister Salman Khurshid's wife Louise Khurshid. She has accused the TV network of maligning her family and has sought damages worth Rs. 1 crore. The TV Today group aired a sting operation claiming to show Salman Khurshid's trust for the disabled had forged signatures to acquire central grants.
