UPA’s so called achievements have been against India: Lekhi

Bharatiya Janata Party's spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi while criticising UPA's governance said, what they (UPA) are calling achievements have actually acted against India. This comment came on today's event of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh presenting fourth and last report card of UPA II government.
