Upliftment of Dalits needs escape velocity: Rahul

While addressing a gathering at the Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said that development of the Dalit community in India needs Jupiter's escape velocity (speed an object needs to be traveling to break free of a planet or moon's gravity well and leave it without further propulsion). Further, he targeted BSP President Mayawati and said that she is letting others from the community to come to the forefront and later credited Congress party for the upliftment of the community.
