Uttarakhand : MET had warned govt to move tourists

Amid the ongoing blame game on the Uttarakhand flood, now startling reports have emerged that the state department had issued specific advisories asking the top authorities of the state to move pilgrims and tourists to safer place and postpone the Char Dham pilgrimage.
