While people across world mourned the death of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, Kanchi Dham temple in Uttarakhand also paid its tributes to the one who shaped the technology of the 21st century Jobs had travelled to India to visit the Neem Karoli Baba at his Kainchi Ashram with a Reed College friend Daniel Kottke, in search of spiritual enlightenment. Remembering the episode, Vinod Joshi, manager, Kainchi Dham said that following the cult of a Para-Psychology Professor, Ramdas, Jobs had come to pay a visit to Neem Karoli Baba but could not meet him as he had already left for heavenly abode.
