Vaiko demands referendum for Tamils in Sri Lanka

MDMK Leader, Vaiko on Sunday demanded for a referendum for the Sri Lankan Tamils in view of the alleged war crimes committed on them by the government there. While addressing a function in Bangalore, Vaiko called for an independent international investigation into the war crimes allegations.
