Vibha Rao denies making 'women equally responsible for crimes against them' remark

After facing flak over her controversial remark that women are 'equally responsible' for the sexual offences committed against them, Chhattisgarh State Women Commission chairperson, Vibha Rao has now denied that she made such a statement ever. She further called for strengthening of laws and a change in the mindset of people.
