VK Singh should name ministers paid by army: Shinde

Reacting to former Army chief (retired) general VK Singh's claim that certain ministers in Jammu and Kashmir are given money by the Army for stability, Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Tuesday said that Singh must reveal the names of the ministers to whom money was given.
