Indian rural Olympics date back to 1933 and is a display of bizarre sports and stunts performed by participants. Thousands of participants including ear weightlifters, horseback acrobats, bullock chariot racers and strongmen battle it out to become the champion in their sport. Children as young as 14 can participate in the Olympics which also contains some regular sports such as hockey and running. But the event isn't for the fainthearted, with dozens getting injured each year.
