Watch | Umar Khalid’s full speech after returning to JNU campus

Umar Khalid, one of the six students accused of raising anti-nation slogans at a controversial event on February 9, returned to JNU campus late on Sunday night.He addressed fellow students outside the administration block and said, “My name is Umar Khalid and I'm not a terrorist.” He continued by condemning the alleged media trial in the case and insisted that he would stand his ground.“They are scared of us; they are afraid of us because we can think. To think is to anti-national in today's time. In fact the easiest thing to do is to be an anti-national,” he said.
