Woman allegedly stripped, thrashed by Panchayat

A woman was allegedly stripped naked, paraded and thrashed after being tied up by the members of a village Panchayat in Udaipur. Her head was also reportedly shaven on allegations of having an extra-marital relationship with a neighbour and had eloping with him.
