Young MPs show interest in joining Territorial Army

Young Indian lawmakers showed their inclination towards joining the Territorial Army during a Territorial Army function in New Delhi on Tuesday. Minister of State for Defence, Pallam Raju and General Deepak Kapoor addressed the young lawmakers. General Deepak Kapoor was quite delighted to see the inclination of the Indian lawmakers towards joining the Territorial Army. Naveen Jindal, Congress leader and Managing Director of Jindal Steel & Power Limited, after the function told reporters that if the timing for the training suits him, he would join the Territorial Army.
