Iran strikes Kurd separatists in Iraq for 'stoking' anti-Hijab unrest

In a fresh round of attacks against Kurdish groups in Iraqi Kurdistan, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard unleashed a wave of drone and artillery strikes on bases of Iranian Kurdish separatists in northern Iraq. It was the second such cross-border strike since the weekend, at a time when Iran is reeling under protests over the death of a 22-year-old Iranian Kurdish woman Mahsa Amini. Semiofficial news agency -Tasnim reported that the Guard's attacks were in response for the support separatists are allegedly extending to forment unrest inside Iran.
