Israel PM Refuses Entry Of International Force Into Gaza As West Plans Peacekeepers | Hamas War

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appeared to be openly rejecting the United States’ post-war Gaza plan on a day when IDF troops penetrated deep inside the southern region of the Palestinian enclave. The U.S. has proposed an international peacekeeping force for a post-war Gaza. Netanyahu, however, said only Israeli forces can achieve what he called the “demilitarisation of Gaza”. Notably, Washington had recently rejected Israel’s proposal of establishing security buffer zones in Gaza after the war.
