Jaishankar Backs Stronger India-CELAC Partnerships at UN High-Level Week

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar called for stronger and balanced economic partnerships between India and the CELAC region at the India-CELAC Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in New York. He highlighted proposed trade agreements with Chile, Peru and MERCOSUR, and said India sees CELAC as an important partner in building a more representative and inclusive global order.
