J&K: Tricolour flies high as India's longest 'Escape Tunnel' completed | Details

The Indian Railways has completed tunnel "T-13" on the 111-km under-construction Banihal-Katra section of the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link in Jammu & Kashmir. The 12.89-kilometer engineering marvel is the longest "Escape Tunnel" in India. This escape tunnel, T-13, has been constructed to facilitate rescue work in case of an emergency. "Bharat Mata Ki Jai" chants were raised by the engineers, and the tricolour was seen flying high at the tunnel. Watch this report to learn more.
