Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC) has once again provoked India by raking up the Kashmir issue despite turmoil in the Middle East. The Muslim nations’ group has called for the resolution of the J&K dispute through UN resolutions. OIC’s remarks came on a day when India celebrated Infantry Day on October 27. On October 27, 1947, Indian troops landed in Srinagar to fight Pakistan tribal raiders. India has maintained that J&K is an integral part of the country.
