Cong on warpath: Rahul, Priyanka hit streets against price rise, lash Modi govt

The national capital witnessed dramatic scenes as Congress leaders staged massive protests against the Narendra Modi government. Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi were detained, among other Congress MPs as they tried to march from the Parliament to Rashtrapati Bhavan. The party held nationwide protest against the Centre on issues of inflation, unemployment and GST on food items. Security has been tightened in several places and Section 144 has been clamped down across the New Delhi area, except Jantar Mantar. Earlier in the day, Rahul Gandhi launched a scathing attack on the Centre and compared PM Modi to Hitler. "Even Hitler was elected via elections," said Rahul. Union Minister Pralhad Joshi hit back at him and called him 'Nakli Gandhi'. Watch this video for more details.
