The Indian army commander makes a big statement on Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. "The Army is ready to conduct operations," says Northern Commander Lt. Gen. Upendra Dwivedi. The commander was responding to a question on taking back POK when he said that as far as the Indian Army is concerned, it'll carry out any order given by the Government of India. He added, "Whenever such orders are given, we will always be ready for them." On November 3, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh gave an assurance on PoK while addressing a rally in Himachal Pradesh.
