A Jaish-e-Muhammad terrorist was killed in an encounter by security forces in Jammu & Kashmir's Kulgam district late Monday. Abu Hurrah, an A-category Jaish terrorist was a resident of Pakistan. The security forces have recovered an AK-56 assault rifle, pistol, grenades etc from the slain terrorist. Two civilians and a soldier were also injured during the fierce gunbattle that took place in Batpora village. The operation was conducted based on specific intelligence and in coordination between cops and army.
