J&K to get back its statehood at an 'appropriate time', says Modi govt I Watch

Modi government has told Parliament that Jammu and Kashmir would be granted its statehood at an appropriate time. Minister of State (Home) Nityanand Rai in a written reply also told Rajya Sabha that the decision to conduct elections in the union territory is the prerogative of Election commission of India.
