OIC's fresh Kashmir provocation; Wants J&K issue to be resolved as per UN norms

The Organisation for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) held a ministerial meeting on the sidelines of UNGA at New York to discuss the situation in Jammu & Kashmir. The exclusive body of Islamic countries discussed 'steps to end the conflict' in the Indian union territories of Jammu and Kashmir. OIC called on Pakistan and India to engage in talks to resolve the conflict - a move India has vehemently protested against since J&K is an integral and inalienable part of India.
