'Uninterrupted': Russia assures India of S-400 delivery despite Ukraine war

Russian Ambassador Denis Alipov has said that Moscow-New Delhi defence ties have been “very motivated” to ensure that the defence cooperation between the two strategic partners is “uninterrupted” by the Ukraine crisis and “barriers” created by “negative external factors”.
