Delhi and NCR woke up to heavy downpour and thunderstorm on July 19. Waterlogging was witnessed in several areas due to heavy downpour. Vehicles were seen partially submerged in water due to heavy rain in Gurugram. Visuals showed people commuting through waterlogged road across Delhi. Vehicular movement was affected in many areas due to incessant rainfall. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate rain/ thundershowers in Delhi today.
