BCCI elections done as per constitution: CoA Vinod Rai

CoA Vinod Rai said the BCCI elections were conducted as per the constitution. 'Our job was to implement the constitution,' Rai said in Mumbai. Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly was elected as 39th BCCI president on 23rd October. Ganguly said this will be 'completely new start' for him.
