Indian hockey team eyes Olympics semi-finals

Exuding confidence in his team, Indian hockey team captain Bharat Chetri has said the team aims to reach the semi-finals at the upcoming 2012 London Olympics. Indian mens hockey team on February 27 secured a birth for the 2012 London Olympics mauling France 8-1 in the finals of the Olympic qualifier tournament. Chetri added the preparations are good and after the practice matches, they will work on their weak points. India went to the final with an unbeaten record, having scored 36 goals in the first five games.
