Virat Kohli has announced he is stepping down as the captain of T20 cricket team of India after world cup which is beginning next month. Kohli said he took the decision of stepping down to give some space to himself. He said he will continue to play for Team India in T20 format and will captain Test and ODI teams. Kohli said he had a long discussion with Ravi Shastri and Rohit Sharma over his decision and also have apprised BCCI president Sourav Ganguly and General Secretary Jay Shah.
