Ross Brawn criticizes revised pit stop rules

Ahead of the second Indian Grand Prix, Mercedes formula one team principal, Ross Brawn on Thursday said that the changed pit stop rule that excludes fuel strategy is frustrating and limits the cars in one general pattern.
