Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has filed an appeal with the Pakistan Cricket Board or PCB against the five-year ban imposed on him for six counts of indiscipline. According to Shoaib's lawyer, Azeem Danyal, the ban was illegal and unconstitutional and they were confident of having it removed. Meanwhile, Shahrukh Khan owner of Kolkata IPL team hoped that Shoaib Akhtar would be cleared of disciplinary charges and play for Kolkata team.
