about the video

After a heated and a frequently interrupted first Presidential debate, the Commission on Presidential Debates has announced new rules under which it will mute microphones for two minutes of the rival speakers so as to give them uninterrupted opening remarks. Under the new rules, Trump and Biden will each have two minutes of uninterrupted time to speak at the beginning of every 15-minute segment of the debate. ‘It is completely unacceptable for anyone to wield such power, and a decision to proceed with that change amounts to turning further editorial control of the debate over to the Commission which has already demonstrated its partiality to Biden, Trump’s 2020 campaign manager Bill Stepien said. The third and final debate will be moderated by NBC News correspondent Kristen Welker. In a late Monday night statement, Trump 2020 campaign manager Bill Stepien said Trump is committed to debating Biden regardless of the last-minute rule changes. He however added that Trump is committed to debating Biden regardless of the last-minute rule changes. Watch the full video for all the details.
