Venezuela under attack: Airstrike slams into Caracas near Tiuna; blast plunges city into darkness

Multiple explosions rocked Venezuela, with moment of a strike on Fort Tiuna caught on camera. Low-flying aircraft were heard flying in Caracas skies as Venezuelans rushed to streets as blasts rocked the country. Blackouts were reported in various parts of the city as well.
