Tesla unveiled a redesigned version of its Roadster electric sports car, featuring built-in thrusters, nearly nine years after first showcasing a next-generation model. Developed in collaboration with Elon Musk’s SpaceX, the two-seater was demonstrated driving upside down on a ramp using a suction system, performing mid-air turns and landing with its thrusters. Tesla said production is planned for 2028. The practicality and legality of these features on public roads remain unclear.
