A Serbian national was arrested on May 16 over an alleged threat to President Aleksandar Vucic. A statement by the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs identified the suspect as Dragan Mijatovic. The suspect is believed to have made the alleged threat on social media platform X. Mijatovic reacted to Vucic's post that conveyed his prayers for Slovakia PM Robert Fico. This comes after Slovakia's PM was shot multiple times on May 15.
