Disneyland map to go under the hammer

Walt Disney's first map of his planned Disneyland theme park in Southern California is going up for sale. The map is expected to fetch $900,000 at the auction. The hand-inked and hand-colored map was created by Disney and artist Herb Ryman in 1953. It was presented to investors in order to secure funding to build the first Disney theme park in Anaheim, California.
