Watch: Car circles in reverse with dog getting locked inside

A dog got locked inside a car in Florida while the car circled in reverse. The owner accidentally hit the shifter into reverse which caused the car to circle. The owner got locked out of the car. Later, police arrived on the scene and the car was stopped using a code on keypad.
