China took a veiled dig at the U.S. as its treasury secretary, Janet Yellen, wrapped up her trip marred by warnings to Chinese banks. China foreign ministry spokesperson said, "Relevant countries should not smear and attack the normal state-to-state relations between China and Russia, harm the legitimate rights and interests of China and Chinese enterprises, let alone shift the blame onto China and provoke bloc confrontation."
