Estonia, a member of NATO, expressed fear that Russia was threatening its existence. According to the BBC, Estonia's prime minister Kaja Kallas stated, "If Ukraine falls, we have no plan B." She also urged other members of the NATO to give Ukraine 1% of their GDP in order to support the war-torn nation in its fight against Russia. Kallas' remarks came days after Russian border guards removed Estonian buoys on the Narva River, which divides the Baltic state from Russia.
