‘Greta is a sincere girl but..’: Putin takes aim at climate activist
UPDATED ON MAR 03, 2020 03:46 PM IST
About The Video
Russian President Vladimir Putin took a jibe at teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg. Greta took the world by storm with her 'How dare you?' speech at New York's UN Summit. He said, “You know, young people, teenagers, draw attention to today's acute problems, including environmental ones, and it is right, it is very good. They definitely must be supported. But when someone uses children and teenagers for someone's benefit, it is only reprehensible. It is especially bad when someone tries to make money on it. I don't mean to say that this is the case, but we should closely follow further.”
