The spokesperson of Hamas' military wing Al Qassam Brigades, Abu Obaida, released his first video statement on the ceasefire deal with Israel. He said that Hamas had made the same offer to Israel before the latter launched its ground operation in Gaza, but it was rejected. Abu Obaida said that Israel's ground attack had only led to bloodshed.
