Hamas Chief Makes Political Offer To Israel, Says PM Netanyahu 'Stalling' As Gaza War Intensifies

On Day 26 of the Israel-Hamas war, the latter's political chief made a peace offer. Ismail Haniyeh, who is based in Doha, Qatar, put forth a four-point plan which culminates in creation of a "political path to establish an independent state of Palestine". He added that although Hamas had made this offer to Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was stalling and "misleading" Israelis. Watch the full video for more.
