How Putin threatened 'those who may be tempted to intervene' in Ukraine invasion

In a surprise move, Russia's Vladimir Putin on Thursday announced a military operation in Ukraine on Thursday. "I have made the decision of a military operation," he said in a televised address. Putin added, "Whoever tries to interfere with us, and even more so to create threats for our country, our people should know that Russia's response will be immediate and will lead you to such consequences that you have never experienced in your history."
