Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian cancelled his visit to India next month. Iran's Foreign Minister scrapped his trip to New Delhi over a promotional video of "The Raisina Dialogue 2023." The clip showed Iranian women cutting their hair along with the image of Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi. Tehran is reportedly upset with the sequence of the clip and wanted it removed, but ORF and MEA, the organisers of the Raisina Dialogue, turned down their request.
