Ukrainian officials claim Russia has launched an "active offensive" to seize Ukraine's counteroffensive. Kyiv says Russian troops struck its military targets on several fronts. So far, Ukraine's counteroffensive, which was launched last week, has failed to bring any major changes on the frontline.
