Former Pak PM Nawaz Sharif arrested in connection with Chaudhry Sugar Mills case

Former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was arrested by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Friday in connection with Chaudhry Sugar Mills (CSM) case. Sharif was arrested from Kot Lakhpat jail, where he is serving a seven-year sentence in the Al Azizia corruption case. Sharif's daughter Maryam Sharif was earlier arrested and placed under judicial custody in connection with this case.
