Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed various topics at an economic summit in Vladivostok on September 5. Putin mocks Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky over the Kursk invasion. Putin said, "The enemy's goal (in the Kursk region) was to make us nervous, fuss, move troops from one area to another, and stop our offensive in key areas, above all in Donbas, the liberation of which is our primary goal." Putin also picked his favourite between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump as the next US President. Regarding the arrest of Pavel Durov, the CEO of Telegram, Putin criticised France and charged Paris with bias.
