Putin Warns U.S., NATO Over 'Hostile Policies'; Puts Condition To Withdraw Nukes From Belarus

Russia has warned the United States and NATO over what it calls 'hostile policies'. Russia says a hypothetical withdrawal of nuclear weapons from Belarus could only happen if the West abandons its 'destructive' policies. Moscow also called deployment of nukes to Belarus a forced containment measure. Russia has sent nuclear warheads to its neighbour Belarus and aims to move tactical nukes by the end of the year.
